You will receive:
access to the complete 15-page editable Canva Fee Proposal template, including all pages shown in the product images;
a downloadable Access and Usage Guide containing the link to open your Canva template;
instructions explaining how to save your own copy and personalise it for your studio;
guidance on replacing the sample wording, imagery, project details and pricing information;
instructions for duplicating or removing pages and exporting the completed proposal as a PDF.
This is a digital product. No physical or printed item will be posted.

You will need a Canva account, an internet connection and a computer or tablet capable of accessing Canva.
The template can be personalised with your:
studio name and logo;
brand colours and typography;
project imagery and portfolio photographs;
service process and estimated timings;
project scope and room requirements;
fees, payment stages and procurement approach;
team profiles and contact information.
Two Project Investment formats are included: a single quoted project fee and an itemised fee breakdown. Keep the version that reflects your pricing method and delete the other.
The placeholder wording is there to guide you and should be reviewed carefully so that every statement, fee, payment term and acceptance clause accurately reflects your own business and services.

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to a downloadable guide containing the link to open the template in Canva.
Open the link, save a new copy to your Canva account and keep one untouched version as your master template. Create a fresh duplicate for every prospective client, personalise the content and export the finished proposal as a PDF before sending it.
The completed PDF can be shared with your client by email or through your usual client-management system. Do not send clients the editable Canva template link.
No physical product will be delivered.

Your purchase includes a licence to personalise and use The Fee Proposal within your own interior design business.
You may create completed proposals for your own prospective clients and projects. However, the editable template, Canva link, guide and original contents must not be:
resold or redistributed;
shared with another designer, studio or business;
uploaded to a shared template library;
copied to create a competing product;
claimed or sold as your own original template;
supplied to clients as an editable product for resale.
Each designer or business using the template must purchase their own licence.
